1. Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:INVZ)
Stock Price as of Writing: $0.33
Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) takes the No. 1 position because it was the cheapest qualifying robotics-related stock in the screen.
The company develops automotive-grade LiDAR sensors and perception software. LiDAR uses laser pulses to create a detailed three-dimensional map of the surrounding environment, helping autonomous vehicles and robots understand distance, movement and physical obstacles.
This perception layer is essential for machines that must operate safely without constant human control. Its applications extend beyond cars into industrial automation, security, defense, smart infrastructure, aerial systems and mobile robotics.
Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) reported record second-quarter revenue of $18.1 million, up from $9.7 million in the same period of 2025. Management maintained its full-year forecast of between $67 million and $73 million.
The company’s automotive programs include relationships involving Volkswagen, Mobileye and Daimler Truck. It is also developing a LiDAR-based perception stack with a major global automaker.
Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) has expanded into physical AI and defense through its InnovizSMART platform and Perciz security brand. Management expects non-automotive physical AI applications to account for as much as 10% of 2026 revenue.
Liquidity stood at approximately $48.5 million at the end of June, before including around $30 million in gross proceeds from a subsequent registered direct offering. That financing strengthened the balance sheet but also created additional shareholder dilution.
The biggest warning is the share price itself. Trading substantially below $1 can expose Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) to Nasdaq minimum-bid requirements, reverse-stock-split risk and further volatility.
LiDAR is also an intensely competitive industry. Hardware prices are falling, automobile programs require long development cycles, and customers can delay production schedules with little warning.
Even so, Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INVZ) has more quarterly revenue and more visible commercial programs than many other penny stocks. It is the cheapest robotics stock in this ranking, but it is not automatically the best investment. The low price reflects a combination of genuine technological potential, heavy cash requirements, dilution concerns and considerable execution risk.
