Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (GILT), a global leader in satellite networking technology, has won a contract exceeding $4 million from the U.S. Department of Defense. The contract involves supplying Gilat’s U.S. subsidiary, DataPath, with DKET 3421 terminals—advanced transportable satcom hubs designed for rapid deployment in critical military missions. The terminals are expected to be delivered in the first half of 2025.

Key Features of Gilat’s DKET 3421 Terminals

The DKET 3421 terminal offers crucial capabilities for high-stakes military communications. Each unit supports multi-carrier operations and a scalable modem architecture of up to 32 modems, ensuring flexibility and robust performance in field operations.

Weighing under 5,000 lbs., the DKET 3421 terminal is designed for quick transport and setup, deploying in under three hours. This single-skid hub provides adaptable satellite connectivity to meet a wide range of mission requirements.
