4. Wynn Resorts Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN)
October 2 share price $75.88 | Analyst upside 75.18% | Q2 2026 hedge fund holders 43
Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) pairs an improving Macau business with a major expansion project in the United Arab Emirates.
On August 4, Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) reported second-quarter operating revenue of $1.86 billion, compared with $1.74 billion a year earlier. Net income attributable to the company rose to $140.1 million from $66.2 million. Wynn Palace supplied the largest revenue increase, adding $113.8 million year over year.
The picture was less uniform at the operating level. Adjusted Property EBITDAR increased at Wynn Palace but declined in Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor, and Wynn Macau. That matters because stronger consolidated revenue can conceal different profitability trends across individual properties.
Management also announced an expected September 2027 opening for Wynn Al Marjan Island. The company had contributed $1.06 billion to the 40%-owned development joint venture by June 30, while total consolidated debt stood at $10.72 billion.
The 75.18% analyst upside rests on both existing resort performance and future expansion. Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) offers a clear growth milestone, but investors should track construction spending, opening preparations, property margins, and debt servicing. The project’s eventual contribution must justify the capital committed before its doors open.
