Mr. Dave Chan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Shine Union since April and July 2021, respectively. He is the current Managing Director of Shine Union which he has served since 2006 and Fortune Jet since 2019. He boasts over 39 years in the security-related engineering services sector with responsibilities include overseeing operations, business development, and strategic planning.
His previous roles include directorships at Hong Kong Cargo Screening Services and General System Engineering Limited, focusing on cargo screening and sliding gate systems, respectively. Earlier in his career, from 1984 to 1999, he worked with various companies in the security systems industry, responsible for sales, marketing, and management.
