Sound Group’s gross profit surged by 59% year-over-year, reaching RMB392.1 million (US$54.7 million) in the first half of 2025, compared to RMB246.3 million last year. Gross margin also improved from 27% to 29%, underscoring improved operational efficiency and a healthier revenue mix. The company’s Non-GAAP gross profit reached RMB392.3 million (US$54.8 million), a 58% increase, which further validates that the improvement is not just accounting-driven but rooted in core operations.

The Non-GAAP operating income reached RMB65.9 million (US$9.2 million), compared to a Non-GAAP operating loss of RMB34.9 million last year.
